The HR Taokaenoi Growing Together Seminar was designed to strengthen knowledge, engagement, and teamwork within Taokaenoi’s HR department. The program featured an HR Trend & Tech session by Dr. Sukawat Penphokai, a mindfulness watercolor workshop on Mandala art by Dr. Pattra Umsin, and the HR TKN Next Moving 2024 activity to inspire participation and guide the team’s future direction.
Laew Tae provided full-scale event management, covering venue setup, participant registration, speaker coordination, activity design, and on-site supervision to ensure a seamless and purposeful experience.
The seminar blended learning, relaxation, and fun, receiving warm feedback from participants. It successfully strengthened relationships, encouraged engagement, and built confidence for the HR TKN team’s next chapter.
